“Our Grand Lodge”

Welcome to our historic ski resort
turned modern-day lodge.
Travel over our quaint wooden bridge on the West Fork of the Little Colorado River, up the drive to our lodge entrance.

From the moment you enter the massive double doors to the lodge great room, you know you are “home.” A two-story stone fireplace with crackling fire awaits you and our staff greets you with a smile.

In the Fall of 2004, owners, Don and Ann Poyas found this secluded and majestic, abandoned lodge nestled on five acres at the south end of Greer in the shadow of Amberian Point, overlooking the village of Greer and the Little Colorado River Valley. A mere 2 1/2 months later, they had remodeled, redecorated and opened the lodge to waiting guests in Dec.

Discover our unique blend of history, charm, and lore. Our resident ghost, Zeke” is a longtime guest here at the “Peaks” and his benevolent devotion to this grand lodge is a sentimental legend. Ask Don and Ann to tell you the whimsical tales.
